CINCINNATI -- New York Jets rookie Jalen Saunders remains in a New Jersey hospital, Rex Ryan said Saturday night after the 25-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

"I don't have any additional information," said Ryan, addressing Saunders' condition for the first time.

Sauders was hospitalized Friday morning after a one-car accident on his way to the team's facility in Florham Park, N.J., the team said. At the time, the Jets said he was taken to the hospital for precautionary monitoring. It was later reported by nj.com, quoting police, that Saunders had suffered a "medical accident," not a car accident. No other details were given.

Clearly, Ryan didn't want to disclose any.

"I have no updates," he said.
