This must be Phil Taylor day. Not only is he the subject of our weekly ESPNNewYork.com draft profile, but he's the pick for the Jets in Todd McShay's latest mock draft for ESPN (Insider content). Here's McShay's reasoning behind the pick:

"Taylor is a former Penn State transfer with some character baggage but he has done same maturing in the last year and you simply don't find many 330-pounders who can move the way he does. He would make sense as a potential replacement for Kris Jenkins and getting Taylor here would be a nice fit. The Jets could also use a pass rusher at outside linebacker but nose tackles are just harder to find and passing on Taylor would be a very tough call."
