Prepping for NFL schedule release

To use a Bill Raftery-ism, it takes a lot of onions for the NFL to release its schedule in the middle of a lockout, knowing there's a chance the games might not be played. But since when does the NFL let the fans' feelings get in the way of a big event?

The full schedule will be announced at 7 p.m. Tuesday night. We already know the opponents, of course. Here's a refresher on the Jets, who, if you believe the leaguewide buzz, will open against the Giants on Sept. 11 -- the 10-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
