The Jets racked up another 10 penalties against the Giants, including eight in the second half. The season total is up to 96 penalties, virtually on point with the league average (97).

The Jets' penalty totals in three seasons under Rex Ryan:

2011 -- 96 for 809 yards
2010 -- 103 for 934 yards
2009 -- 88 for 677 yards
