Where are the playmakers?

The number of big plays by the New York Jets' defense has dropped significantly compared to last season. Here's a breakdown of the big-play leaders (sacks, interceptions, forced fumbles), and some of the leaders may surprise you. At the same time, you might find some big names at the bottom of the list:

3.5 -- OLB Calvin Pace (3.5 sacks)

3.0 -- CB Antonio Cromartie (three INTs), S James Ihedigbo (three sacks), DB Dwight Lowery (two sacks, one INT)

2.0 -- LB Bart Scott (one sack, one INT)

1.0 -- S Jim Leonhard (one INT), S Eric Smith (one sack), S Brodney Pool (one INT), DT Sione Pouha (one sack), DT Mike DeVito (one FF), DT Trevor Pryce (one sack).

0.0 -- CB Darrelle Revis, DE Vernon Gholston.
