Greene returns, L.T. still out
By Mike Mazzeo
RB Shonn Greene practiced on Tuesday. RB LaDainian Tomlinson did not.
Greene (ribs), who left last Thursday night's game after being injured in the first quarter, returned after sitting out Monday's session.
Tomlinson (sprained MCL), who missed last Thursday's game, said last week that he'd be ready for the Bills this Sunday. He went inside while the team was stretching during the half-hour portion of Tuesday's session before coming back out and doing some work on the side.
WR Jeremy Kerley (sprained MCL) also did not practice, and was with Tomlinson doing work on the side.
HC Rex Ryan said he thinks all his injured players will be ready for the Buffalo game.
WR Plaxico Burress has Tuesday off so he can continue community service in his native Virginia Beach, Va.
LG Matt Slauson (sprained MCL) was practicing, as was S Brodney Pool (sprained MCL).
Slauson said he expects to play. Pool has missed the last two games, but received a cortisone shot last week. He was working on the side on Monday.
