LaDainian Tomlinson was the most notable absence a day before Thanksgiving, as the Jets practiced on the indoor turf field due to the rainy conditions in Florham Park. The veteran running back, who has a sprained MCL, suffered a setback Monday when he worked out with a trainer during practice.
He wasn't the only member of the Jets offense who is hurting during a pivotal stretch of the season.
Jeremy Kerley, who also had a setback during the sideline workout, was on the sideline Wednesday doing agility work. The rookie wide receiver also has a sprained MCL.
Running back Bilal Powell, who was out with an illness Tuesday, was not at practice Wednesday.
Brodney Pool looked mobile, certainly was in the special teams portion at the beginning. The safety did not play against Denver.
