One positive part of NYK's offense? Dunks!

NEW YORK -- The Clippers may have earned the title "Lob City" for their alley-oop routines, but the Knicks aren't far behind.

Entering Saturday, while the Clippers were first in the NBA in total dunks, the Knicks were third at 128. In fact, in the top 10 for players with the most dunks this season, the Clippers and Knicks are the only teams with two members; Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan for the Clippers, and Tyson Chandler and Amare Stoudemire for the Knicks.

While Griffin is No. 1 in dunks (56 entering Saturday) and Jordan is fourth (46), Chandler is fifth (45) and Stoudemire is ninth (36). Saturday night in a win over the Nets, Chandler had four dunks. His season-high is six, which he had against the Bobcats on Jan. 24.

In the past week, with the Knicks picking up their offense, Chandler is seeing more looks at the rim. Jeremy Lin took advantage of the team's improved halfcourt sets on Saturday and found Chandler rolling to the basket.

"Spacing's getting better, ball movement's been better," Chandler said. "And also, my teammates are getting accustomed to my style of play."

Here are the top 10 dunkers this season (based on total dunks entering Saturday):

1.) Blake Griffin -- 56

2.) Dwight Howard -- 54

3.) JaVale McGee -- 51

4.) DeAndre Jordan -- 46

5.) Tyson Chandler -- 45

6.) Rudy Gay -- 42

7.) Andrew Bynum -- 40

8.) LeBron James -- 39

9.) Amare Stoudemire -- 36
