Lin jersey nets $42,000 for charity

The Knicks say the online auction for Jeremy Lin's game-worn jersey raised $42,388 for the Garden of Dreams charity.
Lin wore the jersey the night he scored 38 points in a win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The jersey was sold with four tickets to Wednesday's game against Atlanta and a post-game meet and greet with Lin.
The Knicks say that the auction raised valuable dollars for the Garden of Dreams Foundation, a nonprofit organization that makes dreams come true for children facing obstacles.
