The New York Daily News reported that Iman Shumpert was at W.i.P. nightclub in New York City's SoHo neighborhood early Thursday morning, before a reported brawl occurred between popular musical artists Drake and Chris Brown and their entourages.
While the fight left a few people hurt -- including Spurs point guard Tony Parker, who suffered an eye injury from broken glass -- Shumpert left unharmed. He tweeted on Friday, "Definitely pre bottle smash. Lol. Security walked me out before it broke out."
Shumpert, who tore his left ACL and lateral meniscus during Game 1 of the first-round playoffs against the Heat, is now off crutches.
"I'm just happy to be walking again," he told MSG Network this week. "Throughout the summer, I just hope to get it better and get back to where I need to be, and then improve before I come back and then have a strong showing in the Garden when I come back."
Shumpert tweeted that he's celebrating his 22nd birthday party next week at NYC's Greenhouse nightclub.
