Here is the Knicks' 2012-13 preseason schedule (released on Thursday):

• Oct. 11 vs. Wizards: 7 p.m. at the Verizon Center in Washington
• Oct. 13 vs. Celtics: 7:30 p.m. at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn.
• Oct. 19 vs. Raptors: 7 p.m. ET at the Bell Centre in Montreal*
• Oct. 20 vs. Celtics: 7:30 p.m. at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y.
• Oct. 24 vs. Nets: 7:30 p.m. ET at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.

*This marks one of nine games that will be played internationally by NBA teams, who will travel to Canada, China, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and Turkey.

The Knicks are playing all their preseason games away from Madison Square Garden because the second phase of renovation is preventing them from playing any home games until November.

Also on Thursday, ESPN New York 98.7 FM and MSG Networks agreed to a multiyear extension that ensures 98.7 FM will continue as the radio broadcast home of the Knicks and Rangers for all pre- and post-game coverage.
