NEW YORK -- The highly anticipated game between the Nets and Knicks, postponed due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy, has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 26, at the $1 billion Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the NBA announced Thursday.
The game will be televised nationally at 7 p.m. on TNT.
The league originally wanted to go on with the game on Thursday, as scheduled, but New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg recommended it be postponed.
The rescheduled date is far from optimal. It will be both teams' fifth game in seven nights.
