Carmelo Anthony is a game-time decision for the Knicks' Sunday night matchup against the Nuggets due to a laceration in his left middle finger, according to coach Mike Woodson.
Anthony was shooting on the floor prior to tipoff, testing the injury. Woodson said it will be up to Anthony to decide whether he plays against Denver, his former team.
Anthony has missed the Knicks' past two games due to the laceration, which required five stitches. Anthony suffered the cut while diving behind the Knicks bench for a loose ball in the fourth quarter of the Knicks' win over the Bobcats last Wednesday.
The Knicks are 1-1 without Anthony.
