The Knicks seem to be all about the New York connection lately. Last week, the team signed Patrick Ewing's son, Pat Jr., and now they're talking to the agent of Brooklyn native Quincy Douby, who played his college ball at nearby Rutgers and was the 19th pick in the 2006 draft (HoopsWorld). Who else from Brooklyn do the Knicks want to talk to? Try Carmelo Anthony.

- ESPN's NBA Summer Forecast crew made their predictions for the upcoming team of the decade, and the Miami Heat were the clear favorite. Rounding out the top four were the Thunder, Lakers and Bulls, but one team you have to consider on the bubble is the Knicks, just being a Carmelo candidate.
