Jason Kidd didn't start the second half against the Hawks, as the Knicks said he's "resting" his back. But the team said he is not injured.
Kidd, who played five minutes in the first half, is back in the locker room.
On Saturday night, during the fourth quarter against the 76ers, Kidd went back to the locker room to receive treatment on his balky back. He played a season-low 14 minutes.
