Every weekday throughout the season, ESPNNewYork.com will tackle a burning question about the Knicks in our "Opening Tip" segment.

Today's Burning Question: Are the Knicks crumbling or coming together?

We don't yet know what Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler talked about behind closed doors on Monday.

Anthony said he planned to talk to Chandler about his comments insinuating that the Knicks were playing with a selfish bent on offense.

"I really don't know exactly what he was talking about. But if he feels that way, we're about to get together right now. We'll discuss that amongst ourselves and figure that out," Anthony said after practice on Monday.

Either the players hashed it out and are better for it (which will be the message they present for the public) or they are upset with each other and the Knick locker room is fractured before the biggest game of the season.

What do you think?
