Reggie Miller tormented Knicks fans throughout his career as the main villain in the Knick-Pacer rivalries of the 1990s and 2000s.

He was at it again on Wednesday.

Miller told the New York Post that he doesn’t see the Knicks making the playoffs this season.

“I personally say no. I don’t think they’ll be able to make up ground,” Miller, a TNT analyst, said.

“I just don’t see the Knicks making up any games or going on an eight-, nine-game winning streak,” he added. “I don’t see that happening. I think we’re all surprised. We had New York as the fifth-best team in the Eastern Conference when we started the season. The talent they have and with Carmelo [Anthony], I’m surprised they’ve been struggling this much. They’re losing at home, they’re losing to a lot of sub-.500 teams.”

The Knicks are 20-31 entering Wednesday’s home game against Sacramento. They are 2 1/2 games behind Charlotte for eighth place in the Eastern Conference.

All of the losing has led to speculation that Anthony will sign with another team in free agency this summer. Miller can see that scenario playing out.

“If you asked me this question at the beginning of the year, I would say yes [he will stay],” Miller said. “Losing has a way of changing people. At the end of the day, Carmelo wants to win, and look at the Knicks roster, I’m not quite sure he can win.”
