Holt gets AFL honor

Right-hander Brad Holt has been named the Arizona Fall League's pitcher of the week for the second week of the season. Holt, who struggled while splitting the regular season between Double-A Binghamton and Class A St. Lucie, went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in two starts. Overall, he has yet to allow an earned run in three starts spanning nine innings.

Holt beat out right-handers Alex Cobb (Tampa Bay Rays) and Corey Gearrin (Atlanta Braves) for the honor.
