Oliver Perez's scoreless streak has reached 10 innings.

Five days after the southpaw tossed four scoreless innings in his first Mexican Winter League start of the offseason, Perez fired another six scoreless frames Sunday. Perez limited Obregon to two hits and four walks while striking out four in six innings for Culiacan.

Perez's winter-league season began by allowing five earned runs in five innings in relief. His ERA now stands at 3.00.

The last time Perez tossed six-plus scoreless innings in a major league game: Aug. 8, 2008 against the Marlins (7 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 3 BB, 8 K). Perez tossed four-plus scoreless innings in consecutive outings once in the majors: his first two outings of the 2008 season, against the Marlins and Phillies.
