Terry Collins named Mike Pelfrey his Opening Day starter on Wednesday at Citi Field, during a meeting with schoolchildren. Of course, that means Pelfrey likely draw's Florida's Josh Johnson on Opening Day, then Philadelphia's Roy Halladay in Game 6.
