With 12 days until Opening Day, here's another stab at the Opening Day 25-man roster. You'll notice it's similar to the first attempt on March 2. In fact, the only changes are Jason Isringhausen overtaking Pat Misch -- I called Izzy a "wild card" in the first attempt -- and adding Nick Evans to account for Carlos Beltran seemingly poised to land on the DL.

Rotation
Mike Pelfrey
Jon Niese
R.A. Dickey
Chris Young
Chris Capuano

Bullpen
Francisco Rodriguez
Bobby Parnell
Jason Isringhausen
D.J. Carrasco
Taylor Buchholz
Tim Byrdak
Pedro Beato

Lineup
Jose Reyes, ss
Angel Pagan, cf
David Wright, 3b
Ike Davis, 1b
Jason Bay, lf
Scott Hairston, rf
Brad Emaus, 2b
Josh Thole, c

Bench
Mike Nickeas (while Ronny Paulino serves remaining eight games on suspension)
Daniel Murphy
Chin-lung Hu
Willie Harris

Nick Evans (assuming Carlos Beltran is on the DL)

If these projections materialize, Luis Hernandez, Manny Acosta and Misch are exposed to waivers before being sent to Buffalo, or traded beforehand. Misch has the right to declare free agency rather than report to Buffalo if he were to clear.
