Beltran tracks pitches, takes limited BP

Carlos Beltran had a light batting practice session at noon today, off minor league right-hander Jeff Walters and left-hander Josh Edgin.

Working from both sides of the plate, Beltran swung at some pitches, while just watching others in order to get his timing down.

Beltran then took balls in the outfield.
