Chris Young met with manager Terry Collins, pitching coach Dan Warthen, assistant GM John Ricco and trainer Ray Ramirez after Friday's rainout.

Young's start had been delayed from Friday to Sunday because of biceps tendinitis.

There was no immediate confirmation Young had been scratched, but a team official acknowledged the Mets are exploring weekend pitching options, which would presumably include Pat Misch or Dillon Gee, who would be properly rested by Sunday.
