Josh Thole's wife Kathryn is due with the couple's first child, son Camden, any day. Thole hopes the Mets will be at home when the baby is born. Otherwise, he definitely plans to take paternity leave. Mike Nickeas, already on the 40-man roster, would be a logical candidate to return from Triple-A Buffalo for two days if Thole needs to take advantage of the paternity leave option.
