Class A right-hander Adrian Rosario is a player to be named in the deal that sent Francisco Rodriguez to the Milwaukee Brewers, with ex-Cincinnati Reds left-hander Danny Herrera also headed to the Mets organization.

Rosario, who turns 22 in days, is a combined 4-6 with a 4.32 ERA and five saves in 35 games (14 starts) between Brevard County and Wisconsin.

The Mets also will receive the 26-year-old Herrera, formerly of the Reds. He was 1-4 with a 2.20 ERA and three saves in 46 combined games between Triple-A Louisville and Nashville.
Adam Rubin has covered the Mets since 2003. He's a graduate of Mepham High School on Long Island and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He joined ESPNNewYork after spending 10 years at the New York Daily News.
