Lucas Duda, who struck the right-field wall attempting a catch on David Freese's first-inning two-run triple, later left the game with dizziness.

Josh Satin pinch-hit for Duda in the third inning and delivered a two-run double that gave the Mets a 4-3 lead against the St. Louis Cardinals. Satin then went to first base, with Nick Evans sliding to the outfield.

The Mets did not say Duda has a concussion, but that possibility clearly puts the remainder of Duda's season in jeopardy.
