Mets hitting coach Dave Hudgens, who managed Caracas in the Venezuelan winter league the previous two offseasons, but not this winter, offered his take on the kidnapping of Nationals catcher Wilson Ramos in that country.

"Instead of them celebrating what Wilson Ramos has accomplished, thieves are trying to steal from him and his family! Lacking a moral compass!" Hudgens tweeted from his account (@dmhudgens).
