Santana good for Thursday 'pen

A day after facing major league hitters in a game for the first time since before Sept. 14, 2010 shoulder surgery, Johan Santana pronounced himself fit to throw a bullpen session Thursday as planned.

"Believe it," Santana said Wednesday morning, as his teammates were preparing to depart for Jupiter to face the Miami Marlins.
