NEW ORLEANS 16, BUFFALO 6: The Herd will play a short intrasquad game Sunday before breaking camp and heading up to Buffalo for the start of the season. The Bisons pounded out 13 hits, but couldn’t keep up with the Zephyrs. Josh Satin finished the game 3-for-3 with a walk, double and solo home run. Valentino Pascucci also homered in the loss. Catcher Rob Johnson finished the game 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles. Adam Loewen also doubled as the Bisons had eight extra-base hits.

BINGHAMTON 3, JACKSONVILLE 3: The B-Mets relied on the long ball offensively. First baseman Allan Dykstra launched a two-run home run and outfielder Raul Reyes hit a solo shot. Dykstra spent all of 2011 with the B-Mets while Reyes split time between Binghamton and Buffalo last year. Pitcher Tim Byrdak, rehabbing from knee surgery earlier in the month, allowed a two-run home run in one inning of work. The B-Mets (3-6-1) end their time in Florida with an intrasquad game Sunday before breaking camp and heading to Binghamton for their season opener at NYSEG Stadium on April 5 against the Akron Aeros.
