PAWTUCKET 6, BUFFALO 1: Garrett Olson gave up four runs in just 2 1/3 innings. Hitting third in the order, Matt den Dekker went 1-for-4. Raul Reyes was the only Bison to notch two hits. He also proved the team’s lone RBI. Buffalo went 1-for-4 with RISP and left six men on base. Jenrry Mejia struggled in his second appearance since moving to the bullpen, giving up two hits and a run in a third of an inning. Manny Acosta provided 2 2/3 innings of scoreless relief. Brandon Duckworth gave up a run on three hits over six innings to improve to 7-1 for the Red Sox. Olson fell to 2-4. Box
ALTOONA 15, BINGHAMTON 6: Travis Ozga hit his fourth home run of the season in a losing cause, as Binghamton was trounced by Altoona, 15-6, on Sunday. Greg Peavey was tagged with the loss. He surrendered seven runs (four earned) on eight hits in five innings. Adrian Rosario and Robert Carson gave up a combined 10 hits and eight runs in relief of Peavy. Pedro Zapata had a pair of hits for the B-Mets. Miles Durham, Stefan Welch and Quincy Latimore all had three hits for the Curve. B-Mets pitchers combined to give up three homers. Box
SAVANNAH 5, ROME 2: Marcos Camarena pitched six innings of one-run ball to improve to 5-1 as the Gnats completed the first half of their season. Camarena has a 1.30 ERA. Travis Taijeron hit his 12th homer. Box
