The Mets will have a pair of representatives in the July 8 Futures Game in Kansas City, as All-Star festivities begin -- right-hander Zack Wheeler and third baseman Wilmer Flores. The game will be televised by ESPN2 at 5 p.m. ET.

Wheeler, acquired at least year's trading deadline, is 6-3 with a 1.88 ERA in 12 starts for Double-A Binghamton.

Flores, 20, just has been promoted to the B-Mets. He hit .289 with 10 homers and 42 RBIs for Class A St. Lucie.
