LOS ANGELES -- Ike Davis remains in the dark about a fine and potential suspension related to his Tuesday ejection at Wrigley Field.

Davis, upset with a safe call at first base on a pickoff move, touched ump Manny Gonzalez with his glove -- likely inadvertently -- as he spun to argue with Gonzalez. Davis said the two spoke the following day and that he apologized to the ump.

Two sources familiar with MLB's discipline proceedings told ESPNNewYork.com the play was still being reviewed and that no disciplinary action had yet been determined.
