ATLANTA -- Johan Santana threw a bullpen session Friday afternoon at Turner Field and pronounced himself fit for Sunday's start against the Braves.

Santana had twisted his right ankle covering first base in his final first-half outing. His first second-half start originally was intended for tonight, but was pushed back two days to ensure full recovery.
