Wednesday lineup: Duda returns, Bay in

WASHINGTON -- Jason Bay remains in the lineup to face right-hander Jordan Zimmermann and Lucas Duda returns to the starting lineup for the first time since Friday's second-half opener. Duda received a cortisone injection in his strained left hamstring Monday.
