LOUISVILLE 5, BUFFALO 4: Mike Baxter went 1-for-3 with a run scored and two walks for Buffalo. He played 10 innings in right field. Josh Satin had three RBIs, giving him 41 for the season. Colin McHugh threw 6 2/3 scoreless innings, improving his candidacy to start for the Mets at some point in the near future. Pedro Beato took the loss, surrending a run in a third of an inning. Box
NEW BRITAIN 11, BINGHAMTON 2: Zack Wheeler and Frank Francisco both struggled in this one. Wheeler gave up six runs on 10 hits in four innings to fall to 9-6, while Francisco was charged with two runs on three hits in just two-thirds of an inning. Box
