ROCHESTER 10, BUFFALO 4: The 25th season at Coca-Cola Field came to a close in front of 14,697 in downtown Buffalo. The Bisons finish the 2012 season with five road games. The Mets are expected to change affiliations this offseason. The Herd finished the season 32-39 at home. Rochester scored solo runs in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings to erase an early 2-0 Bisons advantage. The fifth-inning tally was compliments of former Bisons catcher Rene Rivera, who homered against Collin McHugh. Rivera also doubled in a run in a two-run eighth. The Wings tacked on five runs in the ninth. Buffalo's four runs came on two swings of the bat. Matt Tuiasosopo hit a two-run homer in the second inning to give Buffalo a 2-0 lead. For the team's 2012 Community Service Award winner, it was his 12th homer this season. After being crowned the team MVP before the game, Fred Lewis hit a two-run shot in the ninth. McHugh started for Buffalo but was on a pitch count and allowed two runs in 4 2/3 innings before departing. He struck out three and walked two. Prior to the game, the Bisons also announced Matt Harvey as the club's Most Valuable Pitcher. Left-hander Justin Hampson earned the "Hometown Hero" award, his third Bisons award in two seasons. Box

READING 12, BINGHAMTON 8: Wilmer Flores had a three-hit night and finished a homer shy of the cycle in the loss. He extended his hitting streak to nine games and has hit safely in 16 of his last 17 games. The R-Phils opened the scoring against starter Cory Mazzoni. In the first, Tug Hulett laced an RBI single and Tommy Joseph lined a run-scoring double. Binghamton answered in the fourth, hanging six runs on starter Ethan Martin. After Flores' leadoff double, Martin walked three straight, including Jefry Marte to force in a run. Francisco Pena then cleared the bases with a double. Juan Lagares contributed a two-run homer. Mazzoni failed to hold the four-run lead in the bottom half. With two outs and runners on the corners, R-Phils reliever Colby Shreve beat out a potential double play, allowing a run to score. The play extended the inning for Tyson Gillies, who cut the deficit to one with a two-run homer. After Cody Asche doubled and Darin Ruf walked, Jake Fox chased Mazzoni with a game-tying RBI. The B-Mets countered with two runs off Shreve a half-inning later. Flores singled, took second on a wild pitch and scored when Raul Reyes singled. Marte brought Reyes home with a triple. Armando Rodriguez (2-3) posted a perfect fifth inning and retired the first two he faced in the sixth before things unraveled. Asche singled and Ruf crushed his league-leading 37th homer to even the score. Fox added a tiebreaking solo shot. JUPITER 4, ST. LUCIE 2: Cory Vaughn slugged his Florida State League-leading 23rd homer -- a three-run shot in the sixth -- to stake St. Lucie to a 4-1 lead in Game 1. But Adam Kolarek suffered the loss, allowing a walk-off two-run homer to Marcell Ozuna, who also slugged No. 23 on the season. In the nightcap, Angel Cuan was knocked out in a four-run first inning. BROOKLYN 6, ABERDEEN 3 (11 innings): Luis Cessa took a perfect game into the sixth before allowing three runs and Matt Bowman and John Mincone combined for five scoreless relief innings. Dimas Ponce had a tiebreaking two-run double in the 11th. In the fourth, Jayce Boyd homered against Cameron Coffey for a 1-0 lead. An inning later, new arrival Maikis De La Cruz tripled and Brandon Nimmo doubled for a two-run lead. Cessa did not allow a baserunner until the sixth, when Hector Veloz was hit by a pitch to open the inning. Will Howard moved Veloz to second with a single. Anthony Vega doubled with one out, scoring Veloz. Torsten Boss eventually gave Aberdeen the lead, 3-2, with a two-run triple. Brooklyn tied the score in the seventh. Jeff Reynolds singled and De La Cruz walked. With one out, a passed ball from Sam Kimmel advanced the runners. Ponce then hit a fly ball to center field that was deep enough for Reynolds to score. In the top of the 11th, the Cyclones produced three runs. Reynolds walked with one out and reached third when shortstop Joel Hutter committed an error on a grounder by De La Cruz. After Nimmo struck out for the second out, Ponce doubled, scoring Reynolds and De La Cruz. Phillip Evans then walked and Kevin Plawecki singled to score Ponce. Box
