Matt Harvey -- who faces the Washington Nationals on Wednesday -- will make his final 2012 start the following Tuesday, Sept. 18, against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Jenrry Mejia will step into the rotation the following day, also against Philadelphia.

With two starts remaining, Harvey currently sits at 157 1/3 innings between the majors and minors in regular-season action. He logged 135 2/3 innings in 2011, so the year-to-year jump should end up being roughly 35 innings.
