Huchingson represents Mets in AFL game

Left-hander Chase Huchingson will represent the Mets in Saturday's Arizona Fall League "Rising Stars" All-Star Game.

Huchingson, 23, went 8-7 with a 4.10 ERA in 24 appearances (22 starts) for Class A St. Lucie during the regular season. He tossed a scoreless inning Wednesday night in the AFL for Surprise and has an 8.53 ERA through six appearances.

Huchingson originally was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Central Arkansas in 2010.
