Mets should have soccer neighbor by 2016

Major League Soccer commissioner Don Garber confirmed Monday that the Mets should have a soccer-playing neighbor in Queens by 2016.

The league plans to put an expansion team in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, in the area of the U.S. Tennis Center as well as Citi Field.
