Prospect Mateo sidelined 2 weeks

Right-handed pitching prospect Luis Mateo, who was pulled from his Double-A debut three pitches into the fourth inning, will be sidelined for two weeks but has no serious elbow damage, Sandy Alderson said.

Mateo will take anti-inflammatory medication. He was examined by team doctors in New York.
