Matt Harvey will start Saturday against the Marlins while Jon Niese will pitch on Sunday, the Mets announced. Shaun Marcum has been skipped for the time being.

Harvey had been slated to start Friday before the game was rained out, while Niese had been the slated starter for Sunday. Marcum was supposed to pitch on Thursday against Washington before that game was postponed, then he was rescheduled to start on Saturday, but this second consecutive rainout will postpone him once again.

Niese missed his last start with shoulder tendinitis but said Wednesday that he was good to rejoin the rotation. He last pitched on May 27 against the Yankees.

Harvey (5-0, 2.17 ERA) will be opposed by Miami's young stud Jose Fernandez (3-3, 3.34) at 1:10 p.m. on Saturday. Niese (3-5, 4.40) will face Tom Koehler (0-4, 3.70) at 1:10 p.m in the series finale on Sunday. The Marlins swept the Mets last weekend in Miami.
