The Sky Sox defeated the 51s, 9-7, in game three of the four-game series before a Father's Day crowd of 3,112 at Cashman Field. The 51s rallied for six runs in the eighth inning to tie the game at 6-6 on a three-run home run by third baseman Zach Lutz.
BINGHAMTON 5, BOWIE 4: Joe Bonfe smacked a walk-off solo home run over the centerfield wall to lead off the bottom of the ninth inning to send the Binghamton Mets past the Bowie Baysox, 5-4 Sunday afternoon at NYSEG Stadium. The homer was the first B-Met walk-off home run since August 2011 and it gave the B-Mets their sixth consecutive series victory.
SAVANNAH 8, GREENVILLE 0: The Savannah Sand Gnats finished the first half with their sixth straight win, an 8-0 victory over the Greenville Drive Sunday afternoon at Historic Grayson Stadium.
