Trailing 4-0 in the fifth with two outs against Reading starter Seth Rosin, Danny Muno blooped a hit into left-center. After Josh Rodriguez walked, Cesar Puello put the B-Mets on the scoreboard with an RBI single. The highlight of the inning came next for Binghamton, as Allan Dykstra tied the score with a three-run homer. The B-Mets were held scoreless in the bottom of the sixth. Rain then halted the game in the seventh. Verrett (9-5) allowed a season-high three homers. Darrell Ceciliani went 3-for-3, extending his hitting streak to 15 games. Akeel Morris pitched a season-high 4 1/3 innings in relief, allowing two hits and striking out six in a scoreless effort. The Cyclones mustered only two hits, both by Jared King. King is hitting .458 (11-for-24) during his current six-game hitting streak. Box
