EY Jr. departs game with right knee pain

NEW YORK -- Eric Young Jr. departed Thursday's game after three innings with right knee pain, the team announced. He was replaced by Andrew Brown in left field.

Terry Collins said pregame that Young tweaked a leg in Wednesday's first-base issue with Tim Hudson.
