10 p.m.: K-Rod Ks Pujols to end this one. Mets win.

9:49 p.m.: Pressman pops out.

9:47 p.m.: Pressman to the plate.

9:43 p.m.: Randy Winn does the trick, 6-4-3 DP.

9:41 p.m.: Valdes in for the mets, trying to make sure this doesn't get close.

9:37 p.m.:Bases loaded for Cards, but Randy Winn is up.

9:31 p.m.: Mets go down in the seventh and we are headed to the ieghth

9:24 p.m.: Acosta with some nice relief work, getting Pujols and Holliday (on a DP) to end the inning.

9:16 p.m.: Niese pitches well He leaves with men on first and second here in the seventh.

9:12 p.m.: Beltran grounds out to first.

9:09 p.m.: Beltran up with the bases juiced. This could be his night.

9:03 p.m.: Reyes goes yard and we are in blowout time.

8:41: Beltran with a bloop single over Felipe Lopez' head. Brings in another run. Mets are routing.

8:39 p.m.: Wright with a sac fly, move past HoJo on the Mets' all-time RBI list.

8:36 p.m.: Castillo and Pagan single and David Wright is up with a chance to do some damage.
8:32 p.m.: Niese continues to sail along as we are in the fifth. 4-1 Mets.
8:17 p.m.: Francoeur comes through, nailing a three-run bomb to left.

8:15 p.m.: Beltran with a one-out walk and Ike Davis with a bloop to left, gives Francoeur a chance to deliver.

8:08 p.m.: Niese has settled down with three ground balls in the fourth. We go to the bottom half. 1-1.

7:57 p.m.: Here in the bottom of third, Reyes leading off, strikes out looking. When you are not going well, you don't want to see Wainwright.

7:51 p.m.: Beltran gets booed when he comes to the plate and he gets cheered wen hits his double.

7:42 p.m.: Wainwright ends 26 scoreless streak, while Mets end 16 inning scoreless.

7:41 p.m.: Ike Davis brings in a run with a ground. We are tied at one in the second.

7:40 p.m.: Beltran smacked a double into the left field corner off of Adam Wainwright.

7:37 p.m.: Wright starts the second with a walk.

7:27 p.m.: Mets go quietly in the first. Scenery changes, results don't.

7:18 p.m.: Niese can't handle the come-backer and it is 1-nothing Cardinals as the ball doesn't leave the infield, but a run comes in.

7:16 p.m.: Pujols grounds out sharply. And Holliday grounds to Wright, who goes home to nail Lopez. Hold the boos.

7:10 p.m.: Lopez and Jay lead things off with singles. Boos expected soon as Pujols steps to the plate.
