Frank Francisco resurfaces in GCL

NEW YORK -- For the second time in three days, Frank Francisco has pitched an inning in a Gulf Coast League game in Port St. Lucie, Fla.

Francisco tossed a scoreless frame, allowing one hit, against Washington Nationals minor leaguers.

He has been on the disabled list the entire season after undergoing an elbow cleanout in December.
