PHILADELPHIA -- Frank Francisco, who suffered a bruised right hand six days ago when he was struck with a line drive off the bat of Miami's Logan Morrison, is back available for Friday night's series opener against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Terry Collins said Francisco successfully threw breaking pitches in addition to his fastball before Thursday's game in New York and gave the OK that he is again ready to contribute.
