Rockies owner: CarGo, Tulo won't be traded

Colorado Rockies owner Dick Monfort told The Denver Post the team is not trading Carlos Gonzalez or Troy Tulowitzki.

Some media reports had suggested those players may be available.

"The plan is to keep them. Next year, yes. And my plan is to always keep them," Monfort told the newspaper. "Is that the smartest thing in the world to do? I don't know. But for our fans I think it's the best thing to do."
