'Clones manager departs; Pascucci returns

Rich Donnelly, who has managed the Brooklyn Cyclones for the past three seasons, has been named manager of Triple-A Tacoma in the Seattle Mariners organization.

Meanwhile, Valentino Pascucci has returned to the Mets organization as hitting coach for low-A Savannah. Pascucci will be on manager Luis Rojas' staff. Marc Valdes again will serve as pitching coach for the Gnats.

Pascucci, 35, appeared in 10 games for the Mets in 2011. He played independent ball with Camden as well as in Mexico last season.
Adam Rubin has covered the Mets since 2003. He's a graduate of Mepham High School on Long Island and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He joined ESPNNewYork after spending 10 years at the New York Daily News.
