Parnell settles for $3.7 million

Bobby Parnell will earn $3.7 million in 2014, with the opportunity to earn an additional $50,000 if he appears in 60 games.

Parnell, who was eligible for arbitration for the second time, receives a raise from $1.7 million in 2013.
